Sharmila has over 14 years of running The Paradigms Inc successfully and had been continuing to increase the size of the company in terms of sales and revenue. Sharmila is currently focused on expanding and growing the business into the Federal Market where The Paradigms Inc can make a significant contribution by executing projects in an efficient and cost effective manner for the Government. As The President and owner, she manages the day to day operations. She is involved in setting the future direction of the company as well as monitoring the financial status on a regular basis, get daily briefs from the CTO about the status of our applications and projects.
